We design and deliver asset tagging and management services tailored to your requirements and available investment. We offer advice on your asset management strategy, especially with regard to data management, whole lifecycle modelling and the benefits of different approaches and investment levels.
Technical services to complement your FM solution
We provide dilapidation management, recommendations and negotiations together with Section 18 valuations via our building surveyors. Over the past two years we have saved one customer £2m of potential dilapidation costs via this service. This function also provides supplier quality audits and Capex recommendations.
A national multi-site retail customer had a diverse estate with relatively high site churn, with the majority of properties being leased. They asked MML to manage these sites at both the beginning and the end of the tenure, to ensure smooth handovers.
MML engaged its Property and Technical Services function to design a service that would meet the requirements of the customer. The outputs were defined, the processes drafted and a Building Surveyor was engaged to work collaboratively with the customer, with one of the main roles being to negotiate the value of dilapidations with the landlords at the end of leases.
