MML worked with the supply chain to reschedule PPMs to avoid these dates each month and arranged works to be carried out outside of working hours on the occasions when these dates could not be avoided. A multi-skilled engineer was also deployed to be on site during these key times to reduce reactive response times and ensure that support was on hand when required.

A daily conference call with the office manager was introduced, which opened up the lines of communication and ensured that any problems were resolved as quickly as possible.
